Their brokerage houses(plural) will not only work an order in small blocks, they will be in touch directly with large buyers that they have close relationships with - all in a Very Confidential manner. The street will not hear"Tradewinds is Dumping".

Additionally the major and majors, who are focused on both Kry and Grz with the intent of developing the mines, have probably already had conversations with large holders(either directly or thru brokerage relationships) about buying their shares prior to making a public offer for the Company. When an agreeable price is found those blocks will cross WITHOUT any market disruption as to price.
