I haven't held for the whole 4 years but very close. The last time I totally bailed it was at the bottom only to see it climb back to $6.00 in a mattere of months. My average price at the start of the year was around $4 but I have continued to buy as I have gained more confidence that we will get the permit. I've got my average in my one account that has over 100000 shares down to $1.20 while my other smaller accounts have averages from $4.40 down to $3.10.

I'm totaly loaded with just over 165000 shares and I won't be trading them till the permit arrives.
