The Standing Committee on Energy and Mines of the National Assembly (AN), set up jointly with the ministries of power for the Popular Defence, Basic Industries and Mining, Environment and Energy and Petroleum, as well as the mining sector, a strategic blueprint that seeks the problem in the state of Bolivar in order to seek appropriate solutions.
