I can't believe the Vens procrastinated the payment owed to the miners for 6 yrs. Chavez is no dummy, he will meet the miners in person and smooth the waters, so he get's their vote in the upcoming election - what a politician.

Chavez recently got money from Rusoro so he can afford to pay the miners, as Ortega surely couldn't pay them. She probably spent their monies buying cheap KRY shares when she drove the price down with her "no open pit mining in the Imataca Forest Reserve" statement.

I believe, besides getting their cheque, Chavez will tell the miners they also have a job with Crystallex or Gold Reserve. Were getting closer to the end of the rainbow!
