to all, i dont know the answer but i've noticed recently on infojoes "positions" posts it seemed that BMO has had some unusual trading activity when it comes to kry. almost like BMO drops shares and Tradewinds seems to pick them up.....am i way off here or could there be something to that.

Re "hostile takeover": usually "hostile" takeovers involve companies that intend to continue to manage the "prey" company or break it up...this would'nt make sense for tradewinds (now if rusoro was buying kry shares, thats different) imo....i dont see a takeover from tradewinds but i do think it's a good sign. if another company wanted to buy/takover kry at this point they would almost assuredly have to negotiate with tradewinds to get it done....
