At this point in time I don't care who they partner or sell out to as long as we get fair market value. We will always have a discount because we're in VZ but if we receive the permit and a strong statement from Sanz/Chavez that VZ is open for business the discount won't be as bad. The premium on a buy out would bring us close to fair value.
