sorry for my hesitant behaviour but if this IS the case...this is pretty big....it's hard to believe we might actually be ending this saga soon.......i'm not quite sure how to act....where do i go, where do i post, what do i do? oh yeah! if they issue the permit i'll still be able to post....i'll just have more money......what a long strange ride it's been...
