I am more sure right now than I've ever been. IMHO we will get the permit very soon. It could be as early as this week but when dealing with VZ no time line is certain. I would bet my house(actually I have) that we will have this wrapped up before the November elections.

As I've said before, I don't believe we will see a change in the operating contract. The whole Rusoro 50/50 JV with CVG and being the model is a lot of smoke and mirrors. I have no doubt that this will be the future model like Rusoro said but it shouldn't change any exisiting contracts when the new law comes into place. Another reason for the big Rusoro announcement is that Hugo is on his way to Russia for military supplies. Bottom line is that it makes great headlines.

I can't say for sure how the LC mine will be financed but I'm sure Fung will have no problem getting the deal done. If it is a pure buyout then I don't think the fial price will be as high as a JV. Either way we make money.
