All excellent points.

It will be hard to predict the SP pop on permit news and I would bet we would have a pretty big pull back to fill the gaps.

One thing I'm sure of is if we wait till the financing we'll see another decent pop. Once a major, the Rusians or Chinese the becomes involved it will validate the VZ commitment to the project.
