i dont get it.....i've heard this before...this has to be one of the worst investment strategies i've ever heard. if you dont think they'll get the permit then you really should sell, take your lumps and not look back.

the "wait til i break even" plan is a bad financial decision...imo

funny thing is i've seen guys get so emotional over this stock that they'll complain for months when the PPS is low that they're going to sell as soon as they break even...then a big rumor pump comes along and they buy more at 2-3x the price only to complain again a few weeks later...
