Minamb decides to change and renegotiate what they already approved subsequent to the disgraced departure of Ortega. Hopefully they will not request (and we will not have to wait for) additional detailed supplemental environmental engineering studies to address whatever new concerns arose during the past year when we experienced a "post EIS approved\bond & taxes paid" information vacuum. I was under the impression that this hearing would be a formality and we would be hearing something in a 'matter of days'. The more things change the more they stay the same.
