Most of the penalties imposed by the Ministry of Environment in Bolivar state have fallen on private companies.

The various sectors that make life in the city core businesses Guiana urge the holder of the Ministry of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam), Rodolfo Sanz, to compel the faithful fulfillment of environmental adaptations in these companies, and so contribute to workers' health and nature.
It is no secret that the industrial sector Guianese is responsible for much of air pollution, and factories are in this category where they originate occupational remaining patients as "human junk" thanks to which there is little consideration by workers.
This is the point of greatest concern to certain organizations, which did not want to be identified because they are made millionaire investment to increase production of enterprises, and little money available for improving working conditions and pollution to the environment.
Moreover the Ministry of People's Power for the Environment has many limitations when it comes to require industries State faithful compliance with the Organic Law of Environment. And that is, in Bolivar, seems more important to take care of the posts of this organization that operated strongly to achieve a change that benefits all.
Deaf Ears
Repeatedly made such calls, no one has given satisfactory answer. The unions have done little in this respect, economic arrangements are the priority in its agenda and nothing remains to improve the working conditions leading to a decrease in dire statistics of the sick.
Among the most critical of the processing zone contained Alcasa, Carbonorca, Ferrominera, Bauxilum, Sidor to name just a few. Recently the environment committee of the National Assembly, was precisely in Guyana and its inspections were made about these companies, no matter who they are state must meet standards for the benefit of nature and the workforce.
The Organic Law of Environment is very clear in stating that the State has unavoidable responsibilities, and are residents who may sue and seek figures in this regard to know the progress of the activities being made to ensure a better environment.
Legality on the table
In his article 66 of Title VI law says. "The national environmental authority establish and maintain a record of environmental information, which must contain the biophysical, economic, social and legal information related to the environment. The recorded data are free consultation and should be disseminated periodically in effective means when they are of general interest. "
In regard to the CVG, which does not end by investing appropriately in environmental adaptations of the core businesses, the law provides in paragraph 78 that "The State will implement plans, mechanisms and instruments of preventive controls to prevent illicit environmental" so there is no excuse, it's time to regain the nature and the decision is in the hands of those in power.
