At least he knows about sattelite images and how to interpret them. Also knows land forms, and worked as an envirnmental advisor to a petroleum company. Seems like someone who could deal with KRY's contract in a scientific way, rather than just politically. Seems good for KRY if he is the one to replace Orega.
