If very close to end of the regular trading day, an explanation may be that the share blocks (some above and some below your bid) averaged slightly higher than your bid and were moved instead of your bid. This would especially happen if your bid was for, "all or none." Other explanations may be possible.
Noting your post time, are you trading in afterhours? If so, my understanding is that not only does the price have to match exactly, but the number of shares also must match. I did check otcbb.com Level II and it does not look like you are talking about after-hours.
Don't get me wrong, as I also have many suspicions about the manipulation of the KRY sp. However, sometimes there are explanations for the suspicious behavior of the trading, especially in the last few minutes of the trading day.
