Something weird happened just recently.

On August 4th GRZ took off about 10% and reached 1.55 as a high then closed at 1.52 which was totally out of character. There was no reason for it to do that. Then just as quickly as it made this high it started to decline on the 5th.

Kry was about 2 days ahead and peaked on the third and started to decline by the 5th.

This was out of character for both stocks because they had broken their downtrend lines. This state of affaires did not make sense.

So what happened on the 5th? Hugo published in the official rag La Gaceta the decreed 26 laws that have to do with a bunch of Vz nonsense.

The expectation was that as part of these 26 laws the new mining law was expected to be announced which must have had something to do with GRZ/KRY. Since the funds have all their spies down there this sudden spike in the price was timed with the 26 laws announcement and the intel was that the news awaited for was going to be included with these 26 laws.

The expectation was for the news to be positive otherwise the stocks would not have bulled.

We know that the new mining law is due for publishing any day now, that the 90 day appeals window is due in September where GRZ would have to file suit in the World bank jurisdiction, that GRZ is getting offers to mine other properties, that GRZ will have to decide what to do with its $80 million in new equipment etc.. The point is that things are not open ended and will have to change very soon.

What is noteworthy here is that the leaks regarding this issue seem to have been really, really tightened up to the point where the spies have been faked out.

This begs the question why the players have got a virtual blackout on this process which is really out of character. Why is it so important that no leaks occur? Why was it so important that there be a total blackout of info. in May 1944? Answer me this and then apply same to now.
