Pardon my dumb question, but is there a difference between the National Executive and the National Assembly? When I think executive I think Chavez. When I think National Assembly I think legislators/congress etc. Of course that's in the U.S.

Reason I ask is I was understanding the Assembly has reccommended KRY get the permit several times. We know the environmentalists appose it. We only don't know what Chavez thinks.

This volume, around a 3 cent range smells of accumulation that someone wants to keep quiet. But then again I have been wrong before and was fully loaded on April 29th.
