That someone would form a committee to talk and discuss solutions to all these problems. Then maybe write a letter and send it to someone so they could read it and discuss it with some other people. Maybe even hold and election on the matter, as to who should head up these meetings. Then decide on what problem should maybe come first, so that they could possibly discuss it with the workers or someone. They could maybe even possible come up with some promises, so as to assure the people that they have the people in mind. You would think that they could maybe do that wouldn't you?
