Crystallex is the stock we wait for news, since Sanz is remaing tight lipped. Reading between the lines about Sanz would indicate to me that Chavez will make the permit annoucement. This would prevent any further confrontation between two ministries. The next step is to determine when this announcement would most likely occur.
