It has been said that VZ knows about securities laws and confidentiality (not sure why they would) but have heard that. With no comment on KRY or GRZ are they just delaying the announcement of the permit so it can be officially made such as an Alo or official pr by the company? We have to remember that THE GOV'T asked for Minamb to reconsider and KRY has stated they have had positive ongoing dialogue with Minamb. Minamb just took the effort to visit LC and their social projects. Would this just have been a waste of time for them? And why would KRY keep saying these talks were positive? That would be going out on a limb.
