- As per the Decree 13% of the total area can be logged or mined - 494,000 hectares stated by vinvec.

- As per yesterday's news release Venezuela will limit gold mining to a 4M hectare area along the Cuyuni River bed.

- Las Cristinas Property - Area to be mined - 3,885.6 hectares situated along ways away from the Cuyuni River bed.

All factual information that's on the table is indicating the KRY and GRZ Projects will get a green light for development as the total area for gold mining is well below yesterday's approved area of 4M hectares. Keep in mind the Las Cristinas Property is nowhere near the Cuyuni River, however it is just east of an unnamed tributary which flows into the Chicanan River which flows into the Cuyuni. I concur with the yesterday's comments by jimmijazz and Teutracker this project is a go! It appears the market has yet to pickup on these facts, but eventually it will!
