Is Andrea saying that KRY has determined where the exact boundaries are for the 4 million hectare area and that LC is within that area (in which case that would be FANTASTIC) or is she saying that LC is within the Cuyuni river basin (in which case that would be hopeful)? I ask this because your question to Andrea was whether LC was within the river basin. Just because LC is in the river basin doesn't mean it's in the 4 million hectare area.
