Takes a day or so for this sort of news, which is not mainstream, to get out into the Market. A PR from KRY sure would help sp. Many speculators will stay on the sidelines until then.

Also, there are a lot of speculators waiting until sp gets up to a certain level, maybe $1 or $2 before they take the plunge.
