BK - Do I understand you right that Kry sold some major equiptment? Wouldn't that slow things down by a year or so even with the permit.

I agree that DB was trying to send a message to either or both VZ and Kry with the copper, combined & environment issues. Might be that DB sees Kry moving forward and Grz isn't. With Sanz sealing comment from VZ, it would make sense that Kry would NOT make any comments and steal Sanz or Hugo's hero status upon announcement of permit or whatever resolution is negotiated.
