Keep in mind it can be difficult to tell if and institution is selling because they know something or they needed to raise cash to cover another position.

With Tradewinds it is pretty clear in my opinion that they have made a bet on the KRY getting the permit. With such a large holding it would be difficult for them to get out if there was a news leak.
