Great stuff. I bet KRY received it around 11 am EST yesterday and spent the afternoon with their lawyers in Caracas reviewing it and confirming its meaning with MinAmb. Considering the BS that went down with the last halt, I don't blame them for taking their time to figure it out. It sure as hell explains the suge in PPS and volume that started around 11:45 am yesterday.
