This post is more tempered than your first. The "issues" you project to happen may or may not occur, however, classification of the "issues" that you post would be "normal" operational "possiblilities" that any manager should and would anticipate proactively.

Wouldn't it be nice to be at the point to "possibly" have the "issues" that you speak of?
