is utter BS. Other than getting the permit in our sweaty little hands, what tons of other issue do you know of?

Everyone knows I am a very long term shareholder (over 10 years) and I will certainly not jump at the first opportunity to get out.

And specifically what pain do you anticipate after the permit?

From the tone of your post, I think you should have gotten out a long time ago, unless you are a masochist.
