Admittidly, I'm a novice here but it seems to me that if this stock hits 6.00 on the first day of the premit announcement the move to make would be to sell and wait for it to correct down below 4.00 before buying back in. I just don't see how it could maintain that kind of a spike without a correction. Sure, I do think that it will end up well above 6.00 (especially once the take over comes) but I just don't see how it could get there so quickly.
Only question if it happens is if I'll have the nerve to take the risk of selling like that. I think I will because even if I'm wrong I will still walk away with a tidy little profit @ 6.00 so the risk/reward for me really is good.
