guy's, not to sound stupid.... but, i honestly dont get many of the institution/fund/house positions posts that occur here...if anything i've traditionally been a contrarian investor anyway (and done well)...so please help me understand what i'm seeing...

-tradewinds has a mutual fund that owns approx 54mil shares of kry....is that right?

as a mutual fund are'nt the shares actually owned by individuals? i'm sure there are ways to do it but how can a fund manager actually work a buyout?
