CJR - I looked a little bit earlier, but I had an appointment so I didn't find it. I'm pretty sure RM sent someone an email a week or two ago that said that they were waiting on th vice minister to okay the deal and allow KRY to progress through the process. I thought it odd at the time that he would specify the vice minister...

I can't imagine that Chavez would allow Carrizales to interfere at this point, though...
