I believe what is really going to move the sp is not the permit per se but clarity on what Chavez is going to do with our contract.

Is he going to honor it as is, renegotiate for a bigger piece of the pie but still allow us a generous profit, or demand a slice of the action that would make this venture much less profitable than we are assuming?
