On AMEX: Down to a buck. Would like to think it had something to do with a Big Guy wanting in, but it does not really look that way. Might have something to do with the ICSID ruling. Long term trending is turning Bearish so sp pain is ongoing. Likely will continue without good news or approved permit.

Drawing an Aug 2007 to Aug 2008 sp line, on average it would appear we are about where we should be. I feel we are in a better position than before Black Wednesday, but I think that people forget that the sp in April was in a downtrend and time marches on. The market appears to have picked up on that.
