As an old timer I just love the optimism you guy's and girls have. Hugo Chevas is a Political opportunist. I doubt very much that he will, as they say " shoot a full broadside" at to-days special Public Relation dog and pony show. His political know how is going to optimize all opportunities to show him and his government in the best image as a the leader of the "Social Revolution". KRY's Permit, if and when issued will present another grand opportunity as a vote getting sequel that Chevas is deeply concerned about the unemployed and hungry. Chevas needs to keep Political control and needs to keep a personal selected Representative like General Rangell in office as Governor. The KRY permit will do just that.

IMHO, experience tells me there will be no news from Chevas regards to kRY to-day.
