Notice the bottom paragraph where La Camorra is opened under 100% control of CVG/SAnz. They adopted the same model for Russoro's partnership with CVG as Kry has with CVG. VZ said along time ago the KRY/CVG partnership was to be the model and now they have formally announced it in the mining sector. Kry's delay may well be due to creating the same MOA with Grz and they want to anounce both together. Either way it appears Kry is properly positioned for the permit announcement.
