GRZ has been signaling for weeks a window in time which is now where a major upside move is to come. In order for this to happen there is some real news about to break and it is not this Rusoro comedy act.

Honestly as amteurish as these people are, this is probably a cheap favor Hugo is doing for the Russians to see if they can make a killing if GRZ can be intimidated before the real event. This offer is so ridiculous in that Rusoro does not have the resources to develop this in a timely manner.

On top of that the markets are relegating the Rusoro people to clown status because they are not even goosing the stock.
