I don't think this is the end of the story. RML will either come back to the table with a better offer or Vz will talk to GRZ about a JV (more forcefully this time).

I suspect that Vz would prefer to do the JV with RML.

East/West relations are going downhill fast... Who's camp do you think Vz will be in...
