GRZ is not in the same boat we are. We are partners with the state, in a mining venture.
GRZ is still out there, standing on their own in a country who has continually said it owns the land its borders define and who has shown many times, that it prefers partnership in these types of business ventures. The offer is and was tantamount to calling GRZ's bluff and giving them a way out of a fight that still could break out, as to who owns the land the mine sits on.
Technically, we could get our permit and GRZ could be standing there with their hand out. Empty.
That's why... I find it interesting that they went after GRZ. I believe that is a signal that they have a very good idea we will get our permit and the mine will be developed.
To that point, RML may want to be ready to start digging next door.
