On AMEX: Vol still depressed. sp still hanging in there. Someone wants in at 1.28

Long term (Daily) techs bullish. Short term (3,5,15) techs somewhat bearish.

My bet is news coming out after close or before Tues open.

Be aware that when the news comes out, it may already be baked into sp, like last Fri. Unless, of course, it is the Permit.
