Midas, I don't believe Roy thinks much.

He is more into repeating info from other sources and parading unnamed high level sources, making predictions that do not pan out.

I give him zero credibility, but eventually he will be correct, when we get the permit. He is like the stopped clock being right twice a day. And when we finally get the permit he will say: I told you so. Just like he has been saying for years.
