Interesting lift prior to the long weekend. Nice to see a bit of volume in support of the move up.

Everytime the permit looks close, a lot of chatter takes place about price targets. Personally I think that a lot depends on the format of the announcement. If Hugo stays mum and just has Sanz and Minamb deliver the permit...then I think we top out at $6.00. If HUGO makes the announcement and shows his support, then I do believe that it's quite possible we will see double digits. FWIW.
