I was told some time ago by RM that KRY could not transfer the MOA without the consent of VEN. However, he stated that there was no problem with a company coming in and buying up all of KRY (ie--KRY owned by someone else as a wholly owned subsidiary) But the MOA would still be performed by KRY. Of course that could change if VEN gave their consent.
