Reading this article made me realize just what a mess Las Cristinas is/was, and the multitude of issues that needed to be addressed.

Sanz is working on the issues with the miners and Crystallex has submitted a plan to mitigate the pollution and environmental concerns.

The finish line is in site. We just don't know how many hidden obstacles remain.
