That's the key, temporary shock. These always pull back as traders exit on parabolic moves. A sustained rise into a permit would create a momentum play that could carry us higher. Traders exit on parabolic moves. Momentum players enter on sustained momentum moves.

Just my opinion but that is how I woudl play the two scenarios
