Back 3+ years ago there was very little pessimism,the permit was just a matter of days.I started buying at $1.80 and it just kept moving up on anticapation of permit.A year ago lasy April,Kry management reported the permit was likely to arrived any time now,that is when i went all in,more than doupled my position on that comment.This is why my cost average is so high now.Originally i was in much cheaper.Just wasnt prepared to put anymore cash into this and lower my average because of all the bs that happened over the last year.Put all my eggs in one basket,so i really need this permit lol.Besides that i havent told the wife how much im down,if it doesnt arrive i may be in devource court. lol
