The last "official" statement on the permit was that it was "denied" though the government asked that the matter be reconsidered. We met the conditions but no permit has come yet.

So if the government were NOT about to give KRY a permit and the Ortega comments were still valid....what reason would these guys have to protest and ask that KRY not be given a permit that they have already been denied?

So in my book it shows that people in VZ think KRY is getting the permit. In my twisted world this is a very big positive. We all knew there would be protests around the permit because many of these guiys have been benefitting from the delay.

So if we drop, I'm just going to have to buy more.
