Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Easy EZ, with regards to your following comments
"If that material was only going to end up in a pile(mountain) at LC site anyway, what's the difference how much will get processed per day ?
Wouldn't this be a good approach to KRY's indifference to the uneconomical copper problem, with the added benefit of jobs for the locals. Seems like a win, win situation to me. Again, that was only one of the future possibilities for the Revemin Mine.
If they could negotiate a fuel subsidy to virtually nullify the transportation costs with cheap Ven diesel fuel, wouldn't this be an option. Use one of Venezueala's highly profitable natural resources, for the clean-up of another ??
How much would it cost to lay a rail line for 120 miles ?"
EZ I know you mean well but don't need a mill to for already milled ore in tailing to extract copper, Revemin mill is a low tonnage mill mostly used for higher grade gold ore as compare to Las Cristinas Nevada type large tonnage lower grade ore, as for pile of copper ore there is a company that extract copper from Chile El Teniente’s tailings using a dredge pump on a floating platform take a look at this 2003 Amec report
