It would appear that doubt does not exist at this time that the issuance of the permit is anytime soon.

Soon as defined by North Americans, not Venezuela (or Roy Carson:).

The "early stage" discussions regarding Revimin Mill could be the perceived reason even though this discussion is with Mibam not Minamb. Who know's?
