Permit issuance is the only key. The sp will be what it will be. Without the permit everyone knows what the sp will be.

Think folks. Gold won't be in production from LC for appx. 2 years. The price of gold now is irrelevant as it relates to Crystallex.

It will be managements responsibility to "sell" the company to large investors and they will do that quite well only after the permit.
