To answer another question, I confess that I have no idea what

VZ mean when they say expedited. I can shed light on 'partner of

choice' that has been mentioned in regard to VZ and Rusoro

in particular....it is a common VZ term not meaning anything special

at all and is a nice way of referring to the current person, group, or company that you are affiliated with. Funny how different countries

have quite different usages for the same term.
