"""that counts on a proven reserve of 21 million ounces of gold"""
It would appear that Roy was right about this piece. Whether Sanz said it or not we don't know but this is the first published article that references 21 instead of 17.
As far as Revemin Mill conversion and the permit. One is Mibam, the other is Minamb. I believe it to be too speculative to think that the conversion would have to occur and be announced prior to permit issuance. Maybe both would be announced in the same press release or maybe it is just like Crystallex' management has said that one is not tied to the other.
Revemin Mill, Tomi, and Victoria are not strategic to Crystallex. They haven't even been profitable. Whatever terms the law dictates Crystallex will adhere to the reconversion. This is not something that will take long and in no way hampers the issuance of the environmental permit for LC.
If the permit issuance continues to be delayed, it is because of a much bigger picture than just RM, T, and V.
